Amazon’s huge one-day PC sale slashes prices on laptops, mice, keyboards, and more by up to 50%

Amazon’s current one-day sale is one you don’t want to miss if you’re on the lookout for fresh PC gear. The online retailer is dropping prices on laptops, gaming headsets, mice, keyboards, and more. Some of these deals are up to 50 percent off, according to Amazon. The top picks we’ve curated from the sale didn’t quite hit that mark, but we found some really nice deals that are at, or close to, their all-time lows.

Our first top pick is an AMD-powered Lenovo Flex 14 2-in-1 convertible laptop for $529. This is the all-time low for this laptop, and just yesterday it was $650–a savings of $121. It features a 1080p touchscreen, an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 256GB NVMe (read: fast) SSD. It’s also rocking a pen for the touchscreen. This isn’t going to work very well as a gaming laptop, but it’s killer travel and productivity gear.

Next, we like the Corsair K55 RGB gaming keyboard for $40, which was $50 yesterday. The sale price is $2 above its all-time low. This isn’t a mechanical keyboard, but it’s still got a lot to offer at a great price. The Corsair K55 RGB packs three-zone dynamic RGB backlighting, six programmable macro keys, anti-ghosting for more accurate key presses, and a wrist rest for comfort.

The Acer Predator Helios 300.

Then there’s the Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB gaming mouse for $50, down from $63 most recently. It features a 16,000 DPI optical sensor, 12 programmable side buttons, and three predefined profiles for MMO gaming and “general purpose keyboard shortcuts.” That’s a solid set of features for just $50.

Finally, our beloved Acer Predator Helios 300—with a six-core Intel processor, a GeForce GTX 1060, and a 144Hz display—is only $899 today!

Those are our top picks, but there are tons of other interesting deals available, including gaming laptops, CPU liquid coolers, headsets, and routers. Be sure to check out the full sale to see all the available deals, and don’t delay: this blowout ends at midnight.

Amazon’s one-day PC gear blowout offers deep discounts on gaming rigs, laptops, SSDs, and more

Memorial Day 2019 may be over, but Amazon still has a blowout sale hangover it’s sharing with everyone. On Tuesday, the retailer is running a massive PC products and accessories sale with some mouth-watering deals on SSDs, hard drives, desktops, laptops, SD cards, and more. Here are our top three picks from the sale.

There is an incredible deal today on a Dell Inspiron gaming desktop for $650, down from $870. That price gets you an eight-core, 3.2GHz Ryzen 7 2700 CPU, 16GB of RAM, a 1TB 7200rpm hard drive, and a 4GB Radeon RX 580 graphics card. That’s a great 1080p gaming machine at a fantastic price. The motherboard is a little ho-hum with only one HDMI port, four USB 3.0 ports, and four USB 2.0 ports, but for this price you can probably live with it. It also comes bundled with a mouse and keyboard.

If you want to add a high-performing hard drive as an extra storage space for your PC, check out the WD Black 2TB 7200rpm desktop hard drive for $90. This isn’t the all-time low for this drive, but it’s close, at only two dollars higher. Most recently this drive was $118. WD Black drives are the company’s top performers for home users, and while it isn’t an SSD it’ll still offer excellent performance–especially if you already have an SSD boot drive.

One of our favorite portable SSD drives is available today at a really nice price, too. You can pick-up the SanDisk 1TB Extreme Portable plus a 256GB Ultra Fit USB drive for $169. This bundle is usually closer to $222, and the Extreme Portable alone is $180. We loved the SanDisk Extreme Portable and chose it as our runner-up for the best performance USB drive in our round-up of the best external drives of 2019.

These deals are just the tip of the iceberg, though. Head over to Amazon to see all 30-plus deals on offer, and don’t delay. This sale will disappear like Cinderella’s swag when midnight strikes.

Amazon’s one-day Acer sale offers deep discounts on laptops, monitors, and more

Amazon’s got a knack for awesome one-day sales, and today brings another one. The online retailer is selling a wide range of Acer products for up to 30 percent off. The deals include discounted prices on gaming mice, monitors, laptops, backpacks, headsets, mechanical keyboards, and more. Here are our three favorite picks from the sale.

First up is the Acer Chromebook 15 for $240, about $90 off its most recent price and an all-time low price. We normally aren’t big fans of Chromebook deals that crack $200, but this one is different. This laptop features a 15.6-inch 1080p touchscreen, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a dual-core 1.1GHz Intel Celeron N3350. Bottom line, it’s a great Chromebook. Even if it didn’t have a touchscreen we’d be happy with it at even $220, but the display really seals the deal. Acer makes solid Chromebooks, and this one supports Android apps and Linux apps beyond the regular Chrome OS.

Gamers on a budget should check out the 23.8-inch FreeSync Acer Nitro VG240Y for $110. Another device at its all-time low and well below the $170 MSRP. This IPS monitor has two HDMI ports, and one VGA. The display’s frame is razor thin on the sides making it a good choice for smacking multiple displays together. It also has a 75Hz refresh rate, and a 1 millisecond response time. There are also a pair of 2-watt speakers if you want to game or stream videos without a headset.

Finally, if you’re looking for a gaming mouse, the Acer Predator Cestus 500 is $34, this is the peripheral’s all-time low and $26 lower than the most recent price drop. This mouse features RGB lighting, on-board memory for 5 profile settings, a 7,200 DPI sensor, and eight customizable macro keys.

Amazon’s huge one-day PC gear blowout offers juicy deals on laptops, huge hard drives, and more

The back to school season is winding down, but Amazon still has some BTS deal moments to offer. Today only, the retailer is throwing a huge back-to-school sale on PC devices and accessories. In it, you’ll find deep discounts on microSD cards, external hard drives, laptops, monitors, and more.

We sifted through the entire sale to find the best offerings. Here are three of our favorite deals:

The SanDisk Extreme Pro Portable SSD is one of our favorite external drives and is currently the runner-up for our top pick as the best high-performance USB drive. Amazon is selling the 500GB version of the Extreme Pro Portable for $110 today, instead of the more recent $140. This is a fantastic speedy external drive, with a nice rugged looking exterior, and today it’s going for a fantastic price.

Next up is the Acer Chromebook 315 for $175. This is an excellent price for a Chromebook and offers almost everything we like to see. It has a 15.6-inch display at 1366-by-768 resolution, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of onboard storage. Acer’s Chromebook packs an AMD APU and supports Android apps, as well as Linux desktop apps. This laptop would be perfect if it had 1080p resolution, but at this price we’ll take it as is.

Finally, the Acer Nitro VG271 1080p monitor is $210. That’s nearly $100 below the usual $300 price tag. This gaming-ready IPS panel supports FreeSync, it has a 144Hz refresh rate, and two built-in speakers. Based on AMD’s listings, this monitor supports FreeSync all the way up to 144Hz on both the DisplayPort and HDMI. You won’t find a monitor with specs like this selling this cheap very often.

These highlights are just the tip of the iceberg though. Be sure to check out Amazon’s huge PC gear blowout to find even more deep discounts on laptops, monitors, storage, mice, and more.

Score deep discounts on Lenovo PCs and gear in Amazon’s one-day sale

If you’re looking for a new PC or monitor without breaking the bank, we’ve got a great deal for you today: Amazon is running a one-day sale on Lenovo laptops, monitors, and other gear, with many at all-time low prices.

First up is the Chromebook Flex, which only recently launched a couple of months ago. We normally have two simple requirements for recommending a Chromebook: it needs to have a 1080p display and it needs to be $200 or less. The Lenovo Chromebook Flex, which is on sale for $350, is the exception. Not only is it the lowest price we’ve tracked, but it’s a solid machine as well that we gave four stars in our review. The Chromebook Flex 5 is rocking an Intel dual-core, four thread “Comet Lake” Core i3-10110U processor, as well as a 1080p touchscreen display, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB onboard storage.

Next up is the Lenovo Legion Y25 1080p gaming display for $256 down from its $320 MSRP and a new all-time low. This 25-inch display isn’t that big, but it has a 240Hz refresh rate, a 1 millisecond response time, and it’s rocking FreeSync that works all the way up to the max refresh rate over DisplayPort and HDMI. It also has four built-in USB 3.2 ports.

Finally, anyone who needs a stylus for their ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 2, Miix 712, 510, 520, or Yoga 720 and 920 tablets can grab the Lenovo Active Pen 2 for $45. That’s about $11 off its more recent price. The Pen 2 has up to 2,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and configurable buttons for increasing productivity.
